In this event we discover in a PLAYful and SOFT way your very own gift.

We do warm up exercises and breathing techniques.

We also discover the chakras and especially your throat chakra - to strengthen that part.

Please make sure, you are in a safe space on your own. And have a mat prepared, because we do some little yoga techniques and stretching. That your voice can effortlessly run through your wonderful BODY-MIND-SOUL System.

You don't need to have the camera or sound on. Feel free and do what makes you feel comfortable and safe.
