Oh, you want me to describe myself in once sentence ... I am afraid, that's not possible in this life, because I DEFINITELY LOVE to explore (and to travel) :-)

 

I love to talk to people and I am a very curious person (maybe that is the reason why I host a podcast with wonderful interview guests :-)). 

 

Yes I am german, but my favourite language became English in the last years. It is not perfect, but I decided I want to do my work in English so I can support more beautiful souls on this planet - maybe you as well? ;-)

 

I would say my heart belongs to Kaua'i which let me on an adventure several years ago: I smashed my knee cap by jumping into a river. My knee hit a rock under water. That turned my whole world upside down. 

 

I started travelling, became a nomad and explored life in all its shades for a couple of years. 

 

Trauma came up and I faced as a coach my deepest depths. Yes, I can proudly call myself a complex-trauma-survivor and my work is a lot of based on gentle nervoussystem work - but I also can be, as a former Ironman Triathlete, very challenging as a coach ;-)

Finally I would say I am a very creative person, more chaotic than I used to be ;-).

 

I enjoy walking barefoot through the woods, being with good friends and as well in pure silence on my own.
