Clarity - with Gunda

Clarity is not something you need to create. It already lives inside you.

In this meditation, I invite you to turn inward and meet clarity as something you can feel. Not an idea. Not an answer. Just you, being here.

Where do you sense it in your body? What happens when you allow it to be there, gently and without any effort?

Together, we enter a quiet space of inner knowing. A space where you remember what has already been there. And from this remembering, something begins to shift.

Take a breath. And open yourself to the field of clarity that is already within you.
