2. CREATE.

Create out of your heart. Your heart space is the most precious gift you have. It connects you with your true values and why are you here for.

I teach you to listen to your heart more and more.

Then we start to create out of your heart space.

Therefor you need a safe space, because you can only sink deeply into yourself, when you feel safe: Nervoussystem work and somatic practice is also included as in step 1: Health.

We also figure out which food serves your creative work and what blocks you. Which environment is needed and what is the best time for you to work creatively.
